1Booking Request Process & Ticket Issuance

AeroDeals operates as an independent flight booking travel agency and consolidator ticket desk. When you submit a booking through our online portal or over the phone, you are authorizing us to make a reservation request with the airline on your behalf.

Booking In Progress: Submission of payment and traveler information initiates a reservation request. It does not constitute a confirmed airline ticket. Your booking remains in "Processing" status while our ticketing specialists verify seat availability, routing rules, and fraud-screening parameters with the respective carrier. Our ticketing team will contact you via phone or email to confirm all passenger information prior to final ticketing.

Fares are guaranteed only upon formal ticket issuance and generation of an official Airline Record Locator (PNR) and electronic ticket number.

2Name Accuracy & Travel Documentation

Aviation security mandates require passenger names to be provided precisely as spelled on the government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, national identity card, or passport) presented during security checkpoint screening and check-in.

• Name alterations, spelling corrections, and traveler substitutions are strictly barred under standard airline tariff regulations.
• AeroDeals is not liable for boarding denials, visa rejections, or airport cancellations resulting from inaccurate traveler information provided during checkout.
• Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports (valid for at least 6 months past return date for international itineraries), visas, transit permits, and required vaccinations.

3Fares, Taxes & Payment Authorization

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly designated otherwise. Total fares include base airline tariffs, applicable fuel surcharges, government taxes, airport security charges, and consolidator agency discounts.

By providing card details, you authorize AeroDeals and its merchant processing partners to process charges up to the quoted grand total. In certain consolidator bookings, charges may appear on your bank statement in split transactions (e.g., separate airline ticket charges and agency fulfillment charges). The combined sum will never exceed your confirmed total price.

In rare instances where an airline rejects a fare or seats sell out before issuance, our ticketing team will immediately call you with alternative departure times or fares. Your card will not be charged if you decline an alternative quote.

4Cancellations, Refunds & Flight Changes

The majority of discounted flight tickets and promotional airline tariffs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reroutable once issued.

• 24-Hour Void Policy: Where applicable by U.S. DOT guidelines for itineraries booked at least 7 days prior to departure, cancellation requests made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund or void, subject to standard agency administrative processing fees ($50-$100 per ticket).
• Flight Changes: Voluntary flight changes are governed exclusively by the operating airline’s fare rules. Permitted changes incur airline change penalties plus fare difference and agency change fees.
• No-Shows: Failure to check in for any flight segment results in automatic cancellation of all subsequent and return legs without refund.

5Airline Schedule Changes & Delays

Airlines retain the right to cancel, adjust schedules, or change aircraft without prior notice due to weather, air traffic control, operational constraints, or mechanical issues.

Passengers must directly reconfirm flight times with the airline 24 to 48 hours before scheduled departure. AeroDeals acts as an agent and is not responsible for missed connecting flights, ground transportation, or hotel expenses caused by airline schedule disruptions.

6Baggage Policies & Optional Service Fees

Baggage allowances, size restrictions, and check-in fees are determined solely by each carrier. Basic economy or discount promotional tickets may not include complimentary checked baggage. You may be required to pay baggage fees directly to the airline at the airport counter or via the airline's website prior to departure.
